I’ve been using a Hackintosh for the past 2 years and recently bought a Macbook. No product is perfect but I have to say that overall I’m quite happy with my real Apple and find myself using the Osx86 desktop for heavy lifting like encoding video, burning DVDs & gaming. Macbook most of the time for me. Congrats to Apple, sounds like I’m not alone.

Overall, Apple’s share of the US PC market was up more than 2 percent compared to the same period last year. Total US PC shipments reached 16.5 million units in the second quarter of 2008, a 4.2 percent increase from the same period last year.
